Return & Refund Policy

1) At NightFleaMarket.com product(s) can only be returned if there is any manufacturing defect. You can get your product(s) returned/replaced within 10 days from the date of delivery. The 10 days replacement policy is applicable on all product(s) sold by NightFleaMarket.com.

Please note returned goods will be accepted in following cases only:

a) Product(s) should be returned in original condition you had received them including the invoice, original packing and in unwashed condition.

b) There is no damage to the product(s) due to its misuse.

c) No loss during transit when product(s) has been shipped from your side so ensure that you pack items securely and safely.

2) If product(s) received by you has a manufacturing defect notify us as soon as possible (within 10 days from the date of delivery) at our customer care number +91-89502-12303 or  email us at info@NightFleaMarket.com. We will arrange to pick up the product(s) from your place within 48 hours from the request or we will ask you to ship the defected product(s) at specific address in original condition you had received them.

3) If product(s) received by you has a manufacturing defect you can get your product(s) replaced under our 10 days replacement policy i.e. 10 days from the date of delivery. Notify us via email or call us at our customer care number +91-89502-12303 we will arrange to pick up the product(s) from your place or we will ask you to ship the defected product at specific address in original condition you had received them.

4) Once the defected product(s) reaches our place, the product(s) will undergo an inspection by NightFleaMarket.com team. If defects are found to be manufacturing defect we will refund your amount within 1-2 business days from the date we have received them.

5) Shipping charges paid earlier will not be included in the refund value as these are non-refundable charges.
